Peking Chinese Restaurant

Wow! They have great food, but the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional! Yuck! At this point it doesn’t matter if your food is good if you treat your customers like trash. We do pay your bills after all. We are the reason you have a restaurant. Learn some manners and put more meat in your rice! Do not recommend. Try the next Chinese restaurant down the road. There’s plenty more!

Extremely rude when I called to place an order. Asked to have the few items I had ordered repeated back to me because I thought I missed something and was told “I’m not going to repeat it back, I have everything you ordered. I don’t have time to repeat it.” by the owner Tony. Not to mention the last few times we ordered from here the food was nasty. So since they don’t have time for manners and customer service, they won’t have time for our business. We will eat elsewhere from now on.

This place came highly recommended. I was excited. I am highly disappointed. As I was trying to order the guy taking my order displayed nasty customer service. People don't seem to get, it's not what you say it how you say it. The tone said he was bothered. He then told me it would be an hour wait. I've been eating chinese food for over 30 years and I've never been told it would be an hour, especially without knowing what all I wanted to order. Sadly to say they will not get my business. First impressions are lasting.
