Subway

We usually eat here… last night we got there at 7pm. The sign said they were open until 9pm. We went to open the door and it was LOCKED with NO SIGN indicating they may have closed early. Two girls were inside the shop - one was mopping the floor near the door and did not have the decency to open the door to let us know they closed early. Just plain rude. 🙄

Perhaps they had an off day, but the bins they pull the ingredients from were very messy, the 5 sandwiches they made looked messy, and they all had odd portions of a toppings. Very unfresh feeling. Very strange and unlike Subway all around. Kids ate the food, I could not take but a couple bites - I was grossed out. Hopefully it was just a bad day. Very nice staff tho!

The staff here are slow. The purple haired girl working the sandwich line couldn't take longer if she tried, it doesn't help that she seems drugged to her eyeballs. I've been here several times and its the same each time. I really wish I could give a higher rating because the store itself seems fine, and the other staff seem friendly enough but maybe move her off the sandwiches. Bella Italia is a a 30 second walk down the sidewalk I would highly recommend it over this subway.

First time here and last..Basic culinary/food service standards need to be utilized. Clean as you go, Change your gloves frequently, etc. Front exhibition line looked messy. Employee sense of urgency was lacking during service and employees showed no joy or emotion of any kind and seemed to not care. One gentleman working the line was asked if he was the only person working by a customer, his response was "No". Customer then asked "are they in the back?" (subtly hinting at maybe you should call her up for assistance) his response was "i don't know where she is".The other employee did not return for roughly 10 minutes. Horrible communication amongst staff. I will stop at a diff subway from now on.
