Had such a good experience and dinner here! The owners were so very friendly and the food was absolutely incredible! You can tell a lot of time and effort went into creating each dish. I ordered the Fried Crab Rangoon and the Alaskan Roll. Both were delicious! So delicious I forgot to even take a picture of the rolls before I ate them all. I would also highly recommend the Mochi Ice Cream. It is unlike anything I've ever had and the texture was amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon!

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to for sushi. We were pleasantly surprised to see the ramen that they make fresh! The sushi was super fresh, super tasty and they use apple in almost all of their rolls which makes it incredibly unique and very delicious. The woman that runs the restaurant is so sweet and very helpful in recommending menu items when I can't choose what I'm craving. Extremely clean which is important, especially during these times. Me and my wife love this place!! I had chicken ramen and my wife had the veggie ramen - which comes with tofu. We got both of them spicy but you can choose not spicy if you'd like. We got the Arnold roll, butterfly roll, Lava roll, and spicy tuna roll.

Plant of choices on the menu and fast service! The menu has a good variety of rolls including specialty, veggie, nigiri, raw, cooked, spicy, fried, etc. There are also a handful of dessert options including mochi, red bean and green tea ice cream. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were neat and clean.

My hubby and I went here for the ramen and the couple that runs this place is super sweet. They brought me the wrong sushi and when I mentioned it they immediately fixed it and brought me the right one. They let us try the one they had made by mistake. The food was delicious and the portions were large. This was some of the best ramen we've had in the St. Louis area.

Wow! It was my girlfriend and I’s first time trying this cute little place and we were amazed by how fresh the food was, as well as how sweet and polite the service was. We were given complimentary edamame and miso soup, and the sushi was so fresh even later in the night. My favorite was the spicy calamari roll or the spicy shrimp tempura, but everything we got was outstanding. Now I understand why there are so many good reviews for K1. Bravo to the staff, we will be back soon!
