Tonight has been absolutely amazing! Came to celebrate my two friends birthdays and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Julie gave us amazing service, genuinely one of the best server experiences I’ve ever had! I had the new cauliflower starter which was to die for and also had abit of my friends calamari (I don’t usually like calamari but this was another level insane). Had the rump steak as a main (again don’t usually get steak) was so flavourful and mouth watering. Thank you so much for a great experience Julie, queen energy 🫶🏽✨
Really delicious food, service was top notch.
Obviously more for people who like meat, but there were veggie options available for anyone that needs it.
We didn’t have starters, but mains, deserts, cocktails were all great. Definitely not the cheapest place around, but really good quality.
Parking is simple with a nice big car park.
Honestly, the best steak I have ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot). Not cheap, but you get what you pay for: well worth a trip for special occasions
What a great night, we went for our anniversary and it was a great occasion .
The staff was so friendly and our waitress Ruby was exceptional.
Food was cooked to perfection and we was so full after because the portion sizes was great.
We will be going back and we would recommend this to anyone
This isn't our first time at miller and carter and it was perfect again. We had the t bone which was delicious. It was very busy at the time but the food and service was brilliant it wasn't long. Definitely the best steak house I've ever been too.
It was so delicious. It's definitely worth the price. And I would 100% go hear instead of paying similar prices at an Indian restaurant, for example.
First ever visit to a Miller and Carter to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Lettuce wedge starter was cold and fresh. I had the Stilton and blue cheese dressing but there wasn't enough of it with the size of the lettuce.
The main came as we were still eating the wedge.
My 12oz sirloin was cooked to perfection, fries and onion loaf lovely. I chose bernaisse sauce to accompany my steak, but again, bearly a tablespoon of it.
On a personal note, I would have preferred a mushroom instead of the half of tomato.
The wife's fillet steak was perfect topped with the beef dripping sauce which was lovely and rich.
Dessert , wife had the Belgium Brownie and me the cheesecake, both very nice.
Overall, a pleasant experience and tasty meal.

Restaurant was very busy but still you could see the various teams working together and making sure the whole place ran smoothly. Food was wonderful, flavoursome! And plentiful.
I had the rump which was cooked spot on (medium rare), pudding I had sticky toffee which again great way to finish!
2 people in the party shared the butchers block which looked incredible. You need a big appetite though for it!

Went on a recommendation from a friend and luckily booked a table as it a busy Friday afternoon. We had the lunchtime deal which was very good value for money. Every staff member was so lovely and clearly are happy in their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and we were surprised how fast our food came out considering how busy it was. Will definitely return and recommend.
The food was great, however the service was a little slow despite the place not being over busy. Not really a problem as we weren't in a hurry but a little slower than expected. Atmosphere would probably be different when it was busy. Our server was excellent!
