First time ordering and was pleasantly surprised with the gluten free options! I had the gluten free skin on fries and the gluten free traditional sweet & sour chicken. I devoured every last bit and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. As a coeliac, I appreciate that you cater for gluten free and you do a fantastic job of it. First Chinese I have had in 8 years that isn’t just a dish with vegetables and I will definitely be back! My husband had your Korean chicken wings and he also really enjoyed them saying that they were the best he’s ever had. Order was fast and quick and on arrival, still hot. Thank you :)

I previously left a negative review over an order I placed regarding the katsu fries, the chicken pieces were reduced and I jumped to the conclusion it was a profit move. The manager replied and asked me to contact him. I did as instructed and he politely explained the reason for the change. He gave me a voucher for my next order. Great level of customer service.

Really nice food, plenty of interesting vegan options. Staff are friendly and make sure orders are ready on time. We order here often and any minor issues have always been quickly resolved without any issue. Also great that nearly all the packaging is recyclable! Haven't used the delivery service as we always collect. Free parking opposite, just remember to grab the free parking ticket from the pay and display machine.

*update* since the management responded that they would address the issue the problem with quantity has been resolved and is much better! Food is really good but £1.70 for a 2 oz pot of dip, they literally drizzle a tiny bit into it. It’s a 2oz pot but not even a quarter full. This is the second time I’ve ordered dips as a side as their ‘loaded’ fries no longer come with a good amount of sauce on and it ends up being dry chips and chicken. I thought the first time was maybe a mistake… but no. Also they have changed their loaded fries from a long box to a small circular one with considerably less in it.. again the food is really good it tastes amazing and I order from here often so I hope they sort this out

This place is amazing. Some of the best takeaway food I have ever had. Really tasty and fresh. I was only collecting a few bits for my vegan niece, but they had some dishes that had not been collected and were going cold that they offered to us and they were stunning! .... Will definitely be back and have already told several people about them.

The finest ingredients infused in a unique way to produce food that is nothing short of perfection. Just because food is not eye wateringly spicy it does not mean it's bland and if you have a fine palate you can appreciate this food, which I do. Yes the rice was plain but that is the way Chao Chao make it .... yes sure the Katsu curry is also less spicy than some items on the menu but again that is the way Chao Chao make it. If you want it your way make it at home yourself. Some may say the price but not me and if you feel it's expensive try and make it at home to your own taste. The mild flavour of the Katsu curry to the fiery dip this food is a joy to eat and an absolute treat for anyone with a fine palate. Rating: 5/5👍🏾

Website for ordering and paying for your meal is very easy to use, giving suggestions if you are not sure what to have. My food was to be delivered and I had a phone call from a very nice polite gentleman asking if I would like my food slightly earlier, as they had a driver who could deliver , that was fantastic. The food is delicious, packed and presented beautifully, the portions are huge. I think this has to be one of the best takeaway meals I have ever had. So happy I found it, I now know where my food is coming from in future.
