Wagtail Deli Cafe

The Wagtail Deli Cafe is a wonderful independent cafe that offers a superb range of hand made cakes, drinks, lunches, salads and soups. It is very clear that the Wagtail Deli Cafe prides itself on only serving locally-sourced, fresh and artisanal food. The cafe itself is compact with a limited number of seats. Where I do not wish my review to be viewed in a negative light, you do need to be mindful that at busy times of you might not get a seat, will need to wait or couples may share larger tables. The Cafe welcomes dogs! Where I do not dislike dogs, I'm not a huge fan of dogs in eateries. I will definitely be returning to the Wagtail Deli Cafe in the future to enjoy their culinary delights and I will most definitely be recommending the Wagtail Deli Cafe.

Stopped here and had a full English (the wagtail breakfast) and my partner had porridge with sourdough toast, both were excellent. I have to say my cooked breakfast was possibly the best I have ever had, the sausage was very tasty and the homemade beans were excellent, much better than beans from a tin, the staff were friendly too. I would definitely recommend eating here.
