I came in at lunch time today (Thursday 7th September 2023) and had the pleasure of being served by Macen today. The shop was very warm due to the weather, enough to make anyone feel a bit fed up, but he was an absolute delight, very friendly, smiley and helpful. A group of us went in and left all agreeing how pleasant and personable he was. He is an asset to the subway team!

Having heard that this was run by the London Asian businessman of the year 2017 I had to go and try this place and my god it did not disappoint. These guys go above and beyond to make your subway experience memorable. The subs were fresh, filled to the max and service was with a smile. Highly recommend and i will be back soon!

Although it has been months since I went to Subway, when I went there was an angry customer who shouted at everybody. Her verbal abuse was harsh. Everyone was doing all that they could to make her happy. I think that in cases like that, there should be the disctretion for employees to refuse service to people. The woman was beyond mean, to the point of being cruel and no one derserves to be treated like that.

The young lass makes the perfect meatball marinara. Young girl, slim with brown hair. Was working on Friday 21st during the races at Ascot. Awesome sarnie.
