Been working near Ashbourne and used the white swan as our local pub whilst there. Got to say from the owner tonya to Lucy Nathan (bar staff) and the locals especially Lee and Joe and his wife they made it a very welcoming time and will certainly be back. Like home from home. From all the Blackpool roofing lads at RBC thank u x
Good little pub beside market place, food well priced, simple menu but tasty food. Beer good

Went here as had lovely outside tables area
on a super hot day. Had few drinks, however when we enquired on food was told 45 minute wait (only few tables were full) and to try George & Dragon over the way …
Small but lovey presented pub! Lovely front garden and a big menu. Had lasagne (home made) and hubby had Fish and chips. Delicious and great value for money. There was a singer on at night but sadly we couldn't stay that long
Called in during week for a sandwich lunch when we were in the area, loved it. Lovely food and great price for what you got compared to other cafes in the town. Nice cuppa as well. Friendly chap who served us, lovely and clean, nice lively atmosphere. Covid-aware, nice clean toilets. Will call again when in area.
