Really friendly people managing the site. We camped and it was great. The whole site was kept clean, tidy, rubbish free. The showers had lots of hot water and lots of space. It was quiet too but only a few minutes walk from the reservoir with lots of activities or in the other direction the pub...we will be going back and would recommend.

We stayed in the pudding room let. It was clean and nice. Lovely textured soft furnishings. Despite having a fully fitted kitchen we just went out to eat. Had pudding room cakes for breakfast even though there's a pub round the corner and a lake resort down the road.

We camped there on the motorcycle(1st time camping) nice site, showers & toilets clean & tidy John was very helpful. Will definitely go back, cakes fantastic. Jon & Denise

Lovely little local place. Found the pudding room as we were driving to our Airbnb and caught sight of a sign in the road.
Visited towards end of day. Tried the white chocolate and gin cheesecake.. this was delicious. So light I could have eaten more

Just had a delicious lunch at The Pudding Room. Stilton & Broccoli Soup followed by the most amazing Lime Zing. What a find - we'll be back. So reasonably priced and friendly service.

Lovely, quiet and off the beaten track. Parking and lots of trails leading off to explore. Some heading down to Carsington Water. A tea rooms with outdoor seating and good food. Worth a visit if in the area. Also a caravan and camping club certified site.

As a camp site alone they're great, very friendly! The onsite foot is amazing and prices are incredible for the quality you receive!

Great selection of cakes, from bakewell tarts to chocolate truffle cake. There's good coffee as well. We were on our bikes so we had a seat outside. Will definately be back when we are next in the area.
