The Coach & Horses Ashbourne - Ashbourne - Photo album

Nice town pub, with very well prepared and presented food, good variety including options for vegetarians. The Goat’s cheese on flat bread was tasty, the salad very fresh and the home style chips delicious. Nice ale too, recommend after a jaunt in the Peak District!
Quaint English pub in the middle of Ashbourne. Food is exceptional for the price and brags excellent pub lunches. Clean and tidy interior with a log burner fireplace. Staff friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great lunchtime deals which is good, but be careful, be aware, I was nearly charged fu
We watched the England vs Ukraine football match. Good atmosphere and great value on drinks
Well what can I say about this pub. Very friendly staff, excellent service, nice cold beer and extremely good quality food. I highly recommend a visit here 😀
Nice friendly welcome. Staff were very helpful giving advice on menu. There we're only 2 vegan options on the menu and my husband and I both went for the tofu and leek pie which came with chips, mushy peas and a rich gravy, it was very tasty. Would definitely go again if we were in the area again
Lovely place didn't have food on this visit but it looked and smelled really good. The staff are nice and friendly and looks like they have some good equipment on over the weekend. Will definitely be back to spend a bit longer in the venue
Absolutely lovely meal, Coach and Horses Sharer good value and so much food we couldn't finish it. Lovely atmosphere, the bar staff were polite, friendly and really attentive without intruding. 10 our of 10 will definitely return
Very good food, generous portions, so much that I brought what we couldn't eat, home with me. The young lady who served us was very helpful in finding me a box and then a bag to carry the box in, as it was raining and we had a long walk back to our cars!! Very nice place indeed.
Lovely place. Staff excellent and great food and drinks
Great food. Good prices. Great hospitality. The staff even left to buy milk for our cappuccino. Will definitely be returning.
We popped in on the off chance of getting a table for 4 adults and 1 child. Of which they were happy to oblige. We had the Seared Tuna, Hake, sausage and mash and chicken dish. The food was 10 out of 10 according too our 9 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed the food beautiful presentation, local source
Very friendly staff table service but we're very quick and efficient, the food was lovely and hot no complaints at all, and 2 for 1 on main menu Mon to weds what's not to like.
Went to the coach & horses for a drink and some food with my sister, had a really nice chicken pasta salad bowl we sat outside with my dog but the pub was dog friendly clean toilets clean pub around Nice staff to would recommend a little stroll down
Lovely lady behind the bar (short pastel hair) who was so welcoming and friendly, and was probably the reason we stayed for a drink and a bite as there is only ONE vegetarian option on the menu. Chips were tasty and portion was decent
Lovely little pub staff very friendly and accommodating
