Amici was a real find and we’re really happy that we did. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.Lovely couple that own it and the staff are friendly and attentive and leave you alone to enjoy your meal and relax. Special shout out to Kelsey who is a real ambassador for the restaurant and a great credit to them!! The food was amazing. We were just starting our mains on our first visit when we decided to rebook for the following night. We ended up booking three nights running as we knew we would have wonderful evenings, and we did. They added lovely touches for us on our Birthday/Anniversary celebrations and handled the celebrations discreetly, which really brought smiles to our faces.

I had their lunch special and it was extremely tasty and filling. The staff was attentive and very nice. The interior is great. Comfortable chairs. Walking past the tables is a bit narrow.

Went here for some Italian fare.
Originally, I wanted to order the Tagliolini al Nero con Granchio, Nduja e Gamberi £17.95 which is Black squid ink pasta with spicy Nduja, king prawns, crab meat, in white wine, garlic, and topped with crispy calamari.
They said it was really spicy because of the Nduja but I only wanted that dish because of the squid ink pasta so they suggested getting this other seafood pasta instead.
In a way, I regretted not asking if they could just replace it with squid ink pasta for the other dish.
Anyway, also had this other buccatini dish which was also in a tomato based sauce.
Overall, I felt that both pastas tasted really similar as the tomato base was the same.
Apart from that, it was a really nice restaurant and the ambiance and setting was good.
