Stopped here for lunch mid walk with the dog and a friend. The pub is so cosy and welcoming. The food outstanding. I had a mushroom risotto that probably had every type of mushroom in it! Pudding was amazing too. Well worth a visit and will definitely be back.
Just reopened. Very friendly service, good wine list. Garden and restaurant. Had an afternoon drink and returned for dinner. We both had ribs which were delicious. Well done to the owners who renovated themselves. So welcoming
Wonderful lunch in the garden with ginormous prawns, whitebait, flaky delicate battered cod, cheesey chips and a delicious shallot and butternut tart. Beautifully cooked …..and even the dog was delighted as given a sausage!!
