Always great service in the Ashford store. If they didn't have what we wanted in stock it has always been waiting for us to collect the next day. When you think John Lewis you think quality, but if it is cheaper elsewhere they will price match.

Layout was excellent as usual. Was disappointed that so many items did not have a price on. Wandering around the site looking for someone to give me a price was...as I say disappointing.. The bedding dept had great choice. Tea Room was open too, so if a relaxing cup of tea and sticky bun is you, then you will enjoy a visit.

Customer service here is excellent. One member of staff asked If I needed a basket, another asked if I needed help with the products I was looking at. When I paid at the end I asked the lady serving me if I could borrow some scissors to wrap the gift I bought, she came back with scissors and tape also.

The homeware was laid out well, the store clean tidy, staff pleasant and helpful. The cafe was bright clean with a good selection on the menu, the staff pleasant and efficient. The toilets are accessible clean. There is a lift to first floor, and a pickup service area. Ample parking. All round a pleasant and successful visit.

Good store, good customer services and great online collection. Also excellent at honouring their price policy. Still overpriced though so you spend half your life following their pricing policy and getting money back or price matching, hence a star less than top marks.

Staff are very helpful when it's not extremely busy. Easy to order stuff and collect it here. Sometimes the sale is worth checking out to see if there is any nice bits. Gone in a couple of times to order stuff and paying with cash.

Went to buy a new television and was spoilt for choice. Spoke to a very helpful lady who explained the pro's and cons of a couple of models we were interested in and helped making the choice easier for us. Very pleased with the service we had.

It's a cave of wonders. We were there at 2.00 on a Wednesday afternoon, so not a busy time. The staff were solicitous without being pushy, and it was a shop full of excellent kit. When I can afford a thousand pounds coffee machine, I now know where to go.

As usual, a great place to visit. You're never rushed, staff are 100% professional & at the same time very friendly. We were looking for a laptop. Nicola, the young lady we spoke to was was very helpful & she explained things in a way I understood. I would recommend John Lewis without hesitation.

Smaller version of this Quality National Department store Group store with mainly furniture, homeware, kitchenware, gifts and a large and excellent Audio and TV department with all the latest technology (No Fashion or Food) . Also nice restaurant area. Great for a trip out on a Sunday Easy access from M20 with a huge car park, all open seven days. Worth a stop.
