I had the most incredible Reflexology treatment with Sheryl, to say I would highly recommend would be an understatement! Sheryl is amazing at reflexology, I felt totally relaxed and calm after the session, I needed it more than I realised.
I will most certainly be back as often as I can to see Sheryl for more reflexology and other treatments.

Such a chilled out retreat, close to Manchester and very accessible by train, tram or bus. The treatments they offer are so well done by the loving, caring and thoughtful tea. Very reasonably priced and a really feel good local business. Thank you so much ! Cannot wait to get back.

I have just had my second kinesiology session with Aina. Oh my days..how amazing is this muscle testing?! Aina is so knowledgeable and explains everything and I am in awe of her recommendations and how she has helped me in such a short space of time. For lack of energy and fatigue issues..digestion..old injuries..i had them all and she has put me on the path to better health..thank you soooo much aina x

I have been going every month since October last year and have tried lots of different treatments, I have enjoyed every one. It is such a lovely, peaceful calming atmosphere, the staff while very professional make you feel so special, I would highly recommend a visit.

I have been going to Seraphina for Angelic Reiki and cannot say how fantastic it is. The Reiki is so healing and Sue and the ladies at Seraphina are just so friendly and welcoming and know everything there is about the treatments. The place itself is warm and relaxing and is just a lovely calm oasis that I relish going to. Thank you ladies!
