I won't order a curry from anywhere else its delicious everytime the meat is really tender and portion sizes are very generous always piping hot too
East is not just a good indian - it's perhaps the best takeaway I have ever eaten at.
Their prices are criminal; I don't understand how they manage to turn a profit with the quality of food and portion sizes they offer.
The kebab meal is an absolute steal at around 7 quid, and their indian offerings are excellent - I can highly recommend their chicken tikka masala and biriyani.
However, what elevates east is the guys running the place, infinitely friendly and accomodating - on our first visit we were welcomed with an extra menu and some extra food, and just last night were given extras.

I order the chilli chicken starter and chicken tikka sagg with mushroom rice with extra green chilli.

I ordered a lamb madras for the second time to confirm with myself, that east takeaway in my experienced opinion is in fact the perfect Madras, and is absolutely without fault. Give it a go, genuinely, I would doubt for you to disagree.

Love this takeaway. Have ordered so many times and we have never been disappointed. We always order the vegetable biriyani, and recently started getting the chana korma, which is one of the best kormas I have ever tasted. The food here has real flavour, and each dish has its own signature, and honestly the price is very low for the quality and taste you are getting. The guys who work at East are great, always helpful, courteous and friendly. They also offer really good midweek discounts (15% off or 20% if you sign up for the email / text deal notifications) and extra incentives when you order online. What is not to like!?!?
We tried a few other places before here and were always disappointed. We don’t bother trying other Indian takeaways now.

The food is so Fresh. Cooked in front of you. It is absolutely Delicious. Hot and Fresh. Reasonable price. Closed on Tuesday. Curry is Delicious. Kebab,'s are so tasty. Chicken Nuggets. Wow. Beautiful.
