Nice store, great selection of quality products. I don't go there often but if looking for some clothes always checking M&S.
Went to food shop in M&S and was nicely surprised with the range of products and reasonable prices. There are both value for money product and with higher prices so depends what you looking for this is quiet good.
I bought chicken strips and it was not packed in the plastic but in paper and this interesting that M&S made a big change with many packagings of products and reduced plastic. I was happy that I could find my yellow beans which is hard to buy in other shops. The price was amazingly cheap and the product still good to eat. I will highly recommend to go there because it is worth to buy a bit different sort of products than in other shops.
Cafe was understaffed and very slow to serve the line of customers. This is unusual so hope it is a one off.

It's a great shopping store for deliciously cooked, ready to eat meal ranges, pâtisserie, chocolates, awesome flower arrangements, home decor, lingerie, skin care and fantastic clothes. Thank you.

We were warned of a wait on tables and the server was apologetic, but in the end we only waited 10 minutes before we were able to go through, order and take a seat.
The customer service was amazing! Super friendly, considerate and pro-active staff! food was lovely! Recommend the Moroccan soup! Plus the gluten free roll was tasty.

Large out of town M&S on two floors includes a large restaurant, large male and female clothing section, a home section, large food department and a large, free for 3 hours, car park. Next door to an equally large Sainsburys.
5th July 2022 update. Bacon bun is usually £3.95 on its own but currently on special offer ,£4 for bacon bun and Cappuccino. Bacon came scorching hot and plenty of it. Brilliant.
My friend and I actually found an empty table in the café today we've tried a few times before but it's very popular we had 2 teas and a ham & cheese toastie I now understand why it's always busy we had the best toastie we've ever had I will recommend to anyone
