Proper old school cafe, friendly, welcoming staff. Good selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch, including specials. Reasonably priced and the specials are even better value. Worth seeking out if in the area, or just passing through.

Had a full English breakfast here at River & Roads cafe this morning and was really impressed – the place is spotless, the staff are friendly, the food was tasty and well-cooked, and it’s great value for money. Highly recommend!" Was lovely to sit outside in the sunshine too.

Wow, it was our first visit today and the food was amazing. The cafe is immaculate and the staff are so kind and caring. The puddings are out of this world. We can not wait to go back. We was also surprised with how cheap it was. An amazing find. We would highly recommend.
