The Talbot is a sports bar that serves above average fayre. It can be a little rowdy but what would you expect from a sports bar. Plenty seats. GF choices on the menu and an app to order food/drinks. Not a local in the traditional sense but worth a look.

Johnathan and his staff were friendly and welcomed us into the Talbot.
The food was amazing we had the steak deal with it being Thursday, our party also had pizzas and these were so tasty! Great place ti visit and would recommend to all

So impressed with the kids eat for a £1 especially where times are so tough at the moment. Service amazing staff friendly, food delicious. Highly recommend.

We come here quite often and have always enjoyed it. In the Summer the beer garden is terrific and South facing, in the Winter it's always warm and inviting. Never had an issue with the food or drink as a whole, but if there ever was a slight issue, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Always a great experience.

Great service, fast and efficient. Lovely menu - spoiled for choice. Party of four and we all enjoyed our food. Extremely pleasant staff - shout out to Jane behind the bar and Jonathon who served our food. We will be back soon!

Friendly greeting on arrival, Thankyou to Jane behind the bar who helped us navigate the brand new menu. Food arrived promptly, well presented and tasty. Great service, checked back to see that all was ok. Served by Jonathan with a big smile. (Good music and played at a volume where we can still batter too!) Will be back!
