I get Door Dash from here several times a week. Would it be too much to ask that this location remember to add a straw to the bag? It’s also frustrating that when you order a bagel they don’t put a knife in there for the cream cheese.

This location is always great. They do always seem to have a line in the drive through but I always do in store pickup for my orders. Inside looks new and always clean. I never have to wait for my order and I'm always in and out of there in under 60 seconds. They have the best pup cups in town!

I'm not a big fan of coffee...
When I told the young lady about other options, she was very well knowledgeable about Manu and recommended me a mango dragon fruit frappe... so delicious and refreshing!!
She smiled all the time with us, and the rest of the clients were there!!!
Love a positive attitude of any kind of people who work in the service industry.

Friendly staff very clean establishment considering I came at 7:30 PM. The coffee was being made fresh. A lot of them to either work, relax, or hang out with friends.

This Starbucks had everything all Starbucks have, so it was normal. I got the strawberry refresher drink, and mixed Lemonade in it, it's tasty! I also got a slice of lemon cake and warm chocolate chip cookies. Love it!

WELCOME TO THE LARGEST STARBUCKS IN WORLD.... ok maybe not the world but def Austin.
I can't get over at how SPACIOUS this location is! Super ample seating, with a variety of options: cushioned benches, regular tables, loungy recliner-type chairs, even a damn conference room table!
They're definitely a super busy location, but they surely are staffed enough to keep up with demand. I can't speak to the drive thru, but I'm sure it's just as great.
P.S. The walk-in entrance is funky, you have to cross the drive thru line to get to it. #Random

You can tell this is a solid location by the long line of cars in the drive thru every day. Repeat business really says something. Due to this long line, and because I like the app because it limits time in stores, I opted for that today.
When I walked in there was a clear area for pick up, and courteously spaced customers in a line. This line moved crazy fast. When it was my turn I was promptly greeted and my orders (yes, plural!) were found. The barista was friendly and wished me a good day. They were very busy because of the drive thru and mobile orders coming in, but not due to regular walk up customers. But that did not affect how I was treated. Gold stars! 🌟

This is my favorite Starbucks within Austin. Recently remodeled, it has a large, comfortable seating area, friendly staff, and many electrical sockets under almost every table for charging electronics.
It also has a relatively large parking area.
The drive through line moves quickly, but can get rather long in the mornings.
