Lovely little find while on holiday. Homemade food just what we wanted. We even had to share lol… even better when the sun is out. Gorgeous. Staff was very courteous and attentive. The only problem is deciding which lovely cake to take home. 😊
Lovely pit stop , car parking on-site. Fantastic variety of food. Breakfast, meals , you name it . They've got it. Can't review the main food items as we only opted for a sweety fix . As we already had eaten our packed lunch . Which is a must . As you can't always rely on some places being open . Plus it saves the penny's .... The pudding was lovely . And filled that gap. Washed down with a milkshake. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor . Added bonus of clean, well kept toilet facilities. Definitely a must when on a good walk around gods country. Even if just to get a cuppa , rest a while & use the toilet facilities.
The BEST STEAK pie I think I've EVER had!! And the chips!! Oh My the chips!!
Fantastic food, friendly staff.
Please, nobody go or they might not have a table for us next time!!
Molly had her eye and nose on my pie!
Sausages, eggs n chips today as a mid-walk snack. Can't beat this place. ALL the staff are fantastic!
As good as ever!
Another visit and as good as ever with great friendly staff.
This is a great place to visit. Good food, great views with indoor and outdoor seating. The bacon and sausage bap was lovely, as was the tomato and pepper soup. Delicious apple crumble and the cakes look to die for. We will be back, thank you
They have a great menu and my wife and I really enjoyed our meal. Despite being very busy they still managed to accommodate us even though we hadn’t booked. Well worth a visit.
What an absolute gem of a find. We love visiting new cafes on our walks, and have been to a fair few, but this one is now definitely up there as one of the top ones on our list. Delicious food, great service, great chips, and the best scone I have ever had, and trust me I have had a few!! We can't recommend highly enough, in fact I wonder why I am telling you all 😀
Turn off the A65 for Feizor, keep going and you will reach the tearooms. Off road parking. Seating inside and out. Stunning views in a beautiful location. Teacakes and cappuccino were tasty.
We called in on our way to the lakes after a recommendation and it was well worth the slight detour!
For somewhere off the beaten track it was quite busy but the sandwiches were delicious and staff were friendly.
Next time it'll be the full English as that looked superb.
Highly recommended 👌
For being in a small hamlet in the middle of nowhere this place attracts everyone because while we were there sat outside in the glorious sunshine ☀ nobody drove past or walked past without going in for refreshments, it was very busy but the service was excellent and so was the tea 🍵 and cakes 🎂.
Great spot for coffee + cake. Lovely outside seating area. Reasonably priced (we paid £12 for 2 coffees+2 cakes). Good quality, hot coffees + cakes were moist, flavoursome and good portion size
