I visited tonight, on a week-long walking holiday in the area. Really friendly staff, good menu recommendations (I had the lamb (very tender and rich) naga, which was a house special and a perfect balance of the heat and the flavour of naga chillies. Just right portion sizes as well (had the mixed kebab starter, no leftovers and not bloated either). Highly recommended!

Perfectly decent Indian restaurant, service was prompt and food tasty. I would probably avoid the peshwari naan which my friend had and was far too sweet and a radioactive red colour! Most negative reviews for this place seem to be trying to compare it to top flight Indian restaurants in major cities. This is Aviemore, not Birmingham. It is probably more expensive than the quality and environment justifies, but you are in the middle of nowhere, so set expectations appropriately and you won't be disappointed.

Simply aswome Indian restaurant in Scotland. Ample space delicious 😋 cusine. Specially their mango chutney served with pappad. Naga chicken was bit spicy. Garlic pulav , kulchas , butter chicken , grilled chicken everything tasted superb after long days of Scottish food I made my indian taste bud satisfied😋🫶 never expected this much from a scotish Indian restaurant.well done ✅👍🌟 team thammana.

We had a good tasty meal for two with a couple of Cobra beers and felt happy with it all. Worth a visit if you're in Aviemore.
