Prezzo

We've always loved the food there. Children eat up their dinners every time we go there which is quite a testament on its own. During the lockdown we ordered takeaway from Prezzo, I don't know how they managed to keep the presentation of food just as fantastic as when it's served in the restaurant. Not a single spaghetti out of place during the delivery. Calamari was so crunchy as if it just came out of the pan. Amazing!

Had a beautiful meal here last night - the whole venue was very Covid secure and the service was spot on. Our waitress was so attentive and personable from start to finish. She recommended dishes, complimented us on our choices and checked in more than once to make sure we were ok and enjoying the food and drink. Her service was so good we presumed she was a manager but when she took our bill payment she apologised as she was new!! She said she had transferred from the recently closed Tring branch. She certainly is an asset to Prezzo! To top this off the food was on point and I really feel that Prezzo has really improved over recent months. Can’t wait to come back!

New menu brings far less choice. We used to go here as an alternative to Pizza Express, but they are now virtually indistinguishable. Look online as you can almost always get a money off voucher for the food. The food was nice and well presented and the restaurant clean. While the service was acceptable, it was obvious the staff were having to work hard to keep up.

I don't usually write reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at Prezzo in Aylesbury yesterday. The staff were all very efficient, knowledgeable about the menu and polite. We never had to wait for very long for any aspect of the meal even though the restaurant was fairly busy and we hadn't booked. The food and drinks were excellent and good value, and the restaurant was a nice place to eat in too. Couldn't fault our dining experience.
