Great food, great atmosphere, and good service. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The food can always be relied on to be good however on this occasion the fish and chips was served with a very small portion of fish. See delicious as always but very small, like a half size portion other than that the entire visit was first class.

We've visited Frankie & Benny's in Ayr a couple of times over the past few weeks and both times we've had really tasty food and excellent service from the waiting staff. Really polite and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very accomplished American-like place with lovely burgers, pizza, pasta and more. The workers are really great people who will do a lot to make you feel comfortable, even things that surely are not in their contracts. The food is great, the music is great and the location and parking are great too 👍👍

Food was reasonably priced and excellent quality. The dairy free ice cream in the kids sundays was pretty disgusting though, and there wasn't an option to have normal ice cream. Service was quite slow considering it was quite empty but the staff there were all working quickly. Would still go back.

My girlfriend and I came in for lunch and were amazed by all the options! We had a sharing starter and then a steak and a mixed grill which were all wonderful! While we didn’t have any this time we’ll be back to try the vegan options! There were so many!
Our server Nicole was fantastic and all the staff were very attentive, Margaret and Jade especially were also very helpful and we could easily see the manager John G encourages a friendly environment and a tightnit staff!

A group of us arrived for a late breakfast. Warm welcome and excellent, friendly service by Jade and especially James, a witty young Irish man. Breakfast was freshly served and didn't take long to arrive.It was very tasty. Lots of smiles and attentiveness made for a relaxing time, even if it was just for breakfast!
