Dusting not done on shelves.....lds toilet needs tiding up and Cleaned...very POPULAR CAFE....a shame its NOT UP TO STANDARD ONE WOULD EXPECT. !!

Foods a bit expensive service is great always with a smile. Atmosphere is great and your dogs are welcome here 2 which is a bonus.

Love Caffe Nero, especially the one in Ayr. I used to prefer Starbucks but since starting work in Ayr, Caffe Nero was closer and now I love their luxury hot chocolate.
Lovely atmosphere inside, always clean and tidy and the staff are amazing! So welcoming and friendly.
I love their loyalty rewards, a stamp every time you order a drink and they equal a free drink. I also love when it's a special season and they do festive offers through the app too.

Staff were very on the ball with respect to current CV19 regulations. Very busy coffee shop but staff made sure we didnt feel rushed. Good selection of cakes and other edibles.

This was my first time to Ayr and the team here were so wonderful. They knew who the regulates were and helped them with their change and were really caring and kind. They started off my panini before I got to the front of the line so it was ready when it was my own to pay. They were really efficient and smiley and I’m really impressed! Well done team on a busy Saturday

Standard Caffè Nero fair served by friendly and helpful staff. Town centre location makes it a great place to rest the feet and top up the caffeine during a shopping trip or to briefly escape the rain. There are a few tables near the large front windows that let you sit in the warm and enjoy a coffee while you watch the world go by.
