Lovely caravan in a good area on the site. Everything for all ages, great restaurants and play areas. Swimming pool free but other activities, you had to pay. The weather was not great the four days we were away, but didn't keep us back using the other facilities. Had a great time with the grandchildren.

Nice place to spend a weekend with other friends and family.. caravans are clean but rooms are really small.. if heating in rooms is important you have to book the bronze or higher.. savers caravans will have heating only in the living room.
Free passes are not really interesting because they will only give you 1 hour swimming session with some other things only for little kids.. the Fun games you have to play for..
If you are planning a BBQ its totally worth it cause you can do it next to your caravan and enjoy a cool night sitting next to the BBQ fire after you finish cooking and eating.
The beach is not really something to look forward to.. its not maintained properly and not clean .. maybe in summer months its different.

We went through to Haven for a weekend football tournament with our grandson. The caravan we were in (6 berth ) was clean and spacious and near all amenities. There was plenty of entertainment for adults and children. Any food we had was good.its a really great place to take children too.All the staff security men ,Food and entertainment staff were all friendly and helpful.

We visited this park in September 2021.
Found all the staff to be friendly, covid rules were being followed.
To book the swimming, golf, etc was all done on the haven app, and could be done before we arrived, there is a play park, sith swings, climbing frame, sand pit etc.
The amusement were great value with plenty of machines, a chip shop and other shops were well stocked, burger King, was a bit over priced for what you got.
The caravan was a lot bigger than expected, with great sea views, the caravan was very clean, and everything you needed was in it.
The beach is easy to get too, you just walk down a lane, and straight onto the beach, no steps etc.
Only negative, the football golf, firstly no staff seem to know where it is, you actually play it on the golf course, next to the normal holes, but you have to walk around the full golf course to play it, and it is a very very very long walk round, not idea for young children.
All in all would recommend this park, great value for money

Booked for long weekend (Friday - Tuesday) at the touring park but had to leave early on the Sunday due to travelling families and their dogs, who are based there for work purposes ( 4 families, 8 dogs) the dogs bark all day and all night trying to attack other dogs or people who passed. Their kids leaving toys etc on the road making it hard to drive on the road. The whole park has been tidied up and is looking a lot better. They have spent money on different things to improve the park. Got to book to do activities, plenty for kids to do and is really a good site but only letting travellers in and putting people on edge not knowing what might happen. All in all this is a good site.

I always saw Craig Tara on haven list and thought it's always left in last minute bargains. Why... Well we had a fantastic break away. Site I could not fault. Gorgeous views. Breathe taking sunsets. Great value for money. Would definitely reccomend. Caravan was basic but spotless.

Love this place, we go nearly every year. Only 4 starts this time due to the state of our living area. We arrived with a microwave just thrown outside our caravan. Along with a 2 bags of dirty bedding which was still there after our week stay. The entrance to our van was flooded. Looks like we were provided with a sheet of wood which was covered in water as well. Black finger prints on doors, glasses with lip marks, old toothpastes on toilet wall. The floors were filthy like it had been swept to the corner and left. We received a snapped remote for the TV which wasn't fixed to the wall properly. A fireplace with no battery in the remote for it. Curtain rails not even attached. Shower wasn't suitable for my kids as the water would go really hot them cold. I understand they're under construction but the top swimming pool should not have been filled with gravel and dirt. The are being worked on wasn't even blocked there was grit, dirt and gravel everywhere. Other than that we still managed to have a good time. Will definitely go again but will not put up with the mess we endured this time. We payed extra for this van to be closes to the complex as well

I'd never been here before, but what a site this is!
There's loads to do and there's now 4 or 5 venues for you to spend your evening at, all with their own style. Somehow, despite all that, not far away you'll not hear a thing at all from the night life.
My only complaint would be that the street lighting needs improving as at night some of the main site roads are in complete darkness, as is the main carpark which we had to use as my friend is disabled.
I really enjoyed my holiday here and I can't wait to be back!
