Went to McDonald’s at 10:20 looking forward to my pancakes and sausage meal only for to then be no pancakes and no sausages. Absolutely gutted didn’t even get a apology for the shocking actions that have caused my days to be ruined. What kind of McDonald doesn’t have pancakes and sausage in the morning, do better.

Clean and helpful staff.. (the ones wearing grey)... food was hot and service was fast.. We felt really comfortable because of the cleanliness.. tge staff wearing grey were really busy cleaning and wiping as customers left.. top marks to those people wearing grey !

Very clean site and good staff. Only criticism is the system of pre-ordering by screen seems to create long queues, both for access to a screen but also to getting the order. However food was hot and fresh.

I ordered at 10.53 and got my food at 11.15. Not only did it take so long, it was also cold. The cream on top of my drink was dissolved, so obviously it had been sitting in the restaurant for 25 mins.

Well McDonald's is McDonald's, pretty much the same everywhere. One thing I've noticed and not just at the Ayr branch is that 'when the restaurant is closed, can only collect from the drive through. This affects me as I don't hold driving licence and they don't allow cyclists through either. I think this rule is unfair to people that have no licence to drive and cyclists. It can be very annoying when I need my McD fix mmmmmmmmm not loving this rule. 🍔🍟🥤

Tried the new Chicken BigMac today and it tasted like cardboard.
I won't make that mistake again.
In general I find the drive through service very good if you avoid school finishing times.
