Such an amazing place, place is clean and hygienic and staff were really curtious and patient. Ainlise (sorry if name spelt wrong) really outdid herself with her patience. Great team and venue.

no ice cream no milkshakes for over a week the self service was broken for over a week. Poorly run franchise from Haven. Still owe me 12 quid from ice cream that was unavailable which i am still waiting for a refund 7 days later......

Got my order lost, remade my order got it wrong, remade my order just threw it in the bag and forgot drinks. Useless. The excuse was they were short staffed

Restaurant was relatively quiet. Took 15 minutes for order to be made. One chips was missing. Replaced with no apology. Then noticed the XL bacon double cheeseburger which had been upgraded to bacon had absolutely no bacon in it. Cold bacon shoved in the burger, again with no apology.

Only sent half the order and then no answer to phone and delivery girl said she would be back with rest of order and didn't come back also waited nearly hr and half for food agin only half the order
