Cyfnod Cafe Bistro

Do not hesitate booking a meal here. So much choice on the menu, all the food was delicious. We were a party of 11 ordering starters and mains . All of our food came out together, piping hot and very tasty. I consider myself a picky person when eating out and not one of our party had a bad word about this lovely place. Very friendly & attentive staff. Food and drink was so reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning when we are in the area.

We went for coffee and cake and TBF the friendly staff served us with nice coffee, green tea and chocolate cake - so all good. We asked for gluten-free cake, and the waitress said she'd check the box. It turned out to be GF, so we had a slice. It was sweet for us but it was a perfectly nice piece of cake. I'd always prefer a home baked cake when I go out for coffee and cake nowadays, but that's just me. At just under £10 for 2x drinks and a slice of cake, it was reasonable value. I do need to say that the decor was "tired" and the toilet was "exhausted". If you visit, you'll know what I mean. Perhaps it's time to buy a new doormat? But anyway, the breakfasts looked amazing, and there were plenty of customers, so they're definitely catering to a market that appreciates what they do and the lovely ladies who do it. Just needs a few tweaks, IMO.

What a surprise this was, expecting just something general but instead met with beautiful food and a fantastic service. The food was explosive and flavourful and the chef had a real sense of what works, service was fast and the cost was under what we felt it should have been. Overall a fantastic experience.

Nice cafe. Sat outside to eat as weather was reasonable and had a dog. Food was excellent. Can recommend the Omelette and the Brie, Cranberry and Bacon Pannini. I have heard good reviews of this cafe by word of mouth and have to agree with them. A good place for your lunch or tea with good menu options.
