Delicious chunky fish, lovely chips and thick mushy peas. We ate in the restaurant, but the place is clearly very popular with take away also. Great restaurant service, wait for food about 5-10min. I opted for fish and peas only, which was plenty large enough! Hearty portions 👍

Excellent take away this evening. I had fish and chips and my wife had pie and chips. Both was excellent. Forgot to take a photo of the food but managed to capture the empty plate👍

Tasty food, friendly service. Had the chips / gravy after a day on the hills. This is a top-end chippy I would say. Worth a visit when you are needing some refueling.

Went for lunch, very clean, very polite helpful staff I was learning Welsh from one of the waitresses think she was called tish, beautiful, polite and friendly a lovely girl. The customers that live there were also polite and friendly, had a laugh, enjoyed good food and good company. Thoroughly recommended.

This is one of the best fish and chips I've had in Wales the fish portion was huge really tasty batter fish was fresh and a really reasonably priced too . I'd highly recommend getting your lunch here if you visit Bala.

Fruity curry and chips is lovely. So is the cheeseburger and chicken burger. The staff are always really friendly too and it's always really busy and full of locals which is a good sign. Been going for years and definitely no complaints from me!
