Based on 2 floors with a lift and escalators. This store has a great selection of childrens, womens and mens clothes. A food hall and toiletries on the groundfloor. Kitchen accessories plus a restaurant on the 2nd floor. It's probably the most popular shop in the Fairhill shopping centre.

Great place to shop! Staff so very helpful & friendly in particular Lucy who went to a great deal of trouble to find my size & colour! Thankyou so much Lucy! Marks & Spencer do have a excellent range of products & the variety & quality of their products are superb! I enjoy shopping at Marks & Spencer's especially when one can have a lovely coffee at the end of it!

Great shop. Marvelous staff. Brilliant Cafe staff. Once a dept manager refused to change trousers (never been worn) but I parcelled them up. enclosed the receipt and send them to M & S HQ. A month later a letter arrived stating they agreed that the sizes on the label were completely wrong, they agreed that the trousers had never been worn. They refunded the amount paid and enclosed a Voucher. That's the way to treat a customer.😀

My mother lost her balance and had a fall yesterday in M&S and fractured her hip. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there, especially Ben (first aider), Lyndsey (manageress) and Karen. They were fantastic with my mum and myself. We had a long wait for an ambulance, they stayed with us the whole time and nothing was too much trouble. They made my mum as comfortable as possible and kept in regular contact with the ambulance service. Thank you all!

Absolutely lovely staff. I don't know how M& S Ballymena recruit but they are just getting it really right for their customers particularly in the current pandemic. Their sales can be awesome!!!

I was served today at the express checkout by a young girl called Lucy, she was so pleasant with a great smile, very helpful and great at packing the food bag, no squashed bread 😁 keep up the good work Lucy , you're an asset to M&S.
