Based on 2 floors with a lift and escalators. This store has a great selection of childrens, womens and mens clothes. A food hall and toiletries on the groundfloor. Kitchen accessories plus a restaurant on the 2nd floor. It's probably the most popular shop in the Fairhill shopping centre.

Good selection of clothes for all genders and ages, their sales are absolutely amazing and I've picked up dresses and shoes for one pound in the sale. The food shop is well presented here, disabled access and plenty of parking very close by.

Recently it has suited us to have snack tea here every Wednesday evening. The soup and rolls is lovely and the staff friendly and very obliging. It doesn't detract from our pleasure that the Fairhill management give free tea or coffee that evening.
This store in Ballymena is a bit of a hit and miss stockwise in food Hall. Cannot always be sure you will get what you want. Food is of a high standard. Clothes floor not so good for the larger lady. I was served today at the express checkout by a young girl called Lucy, she was so pleasant with a great smile, very helpful and great at packing the food bag, no squashed bread 😁 keep up the good work Lucy , you're an asset to M&S.
