We had party of ten on Friday night, 3rd November 2023, the best food I ever had, the rest of family also complimented their food. Defo go back again soon.

We went for afternoon lunch and some drinks. Food was nice. Good service. It's like an old pub vibe. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. I'm not sure if it's where we sat but it lacked some music. We will try here again if travelling through or staying near Ballynahinch.

Arrived almost at the end of food service, warm welcome, great range of food choices as well as a specials board. Friday night cocktails are 2 for 1 ! The Prim excel in their cocktail making 🍹

Had the lovely steak meal deal for two for £49, absolute bargain. Lady hostess was excellent.

Just stopped by chance in Ballynahinch and went into the primrose ... a really good choice ... we had the steak night special deal for 2 ... 2 steaks, a sauce, a side order each and a bottle of house wine ... £49 to my recollection ... steaks were great and staff were attentative ... meal was great.

Such a lovely find! We called in without booking and staff were most accommodating. The food was glorious. The service excellent and professional, yet there was a very homely feel about the place. We will be back! Thank you very much for a lovely afternoon.

Definitely a great spot for a bit of food, went here a while ago and got the salt and chilli chicken, tasted amazing, but I wish there was more of it, seems to be doing renovations on the building all of the time, which is a bit annoying because it looks perfectly good as it is

First visit here and a lovely surprise. Beautifully presented, furnished and decorated -large but cosy, spotlessly clean. Very good menu and service. The food was delicious and great presentation, plentiful, hot, fresh. Friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcome. We will definitely be back.
