A fantastic place to have a bite to eat, in a clean & friendly atmosphere. We had a breakfast on 2 mornings. Which were the best, I had ever eaten (apart from my own ;) But it was wonderful not having to cook. The owners Steph & Jon are lovely people & are made for the job (& the other staff) especially talking to the customers. We did not book a table but it did get busy by the time we left. When I visit our friends, in the Village, in the summer I will definitely be eating there again, I will ring ahead & reserve a table, so that I will not miss out, if they get busy. I may try & resist a breakfast & try a lunch instead. Fantastic value for money & in my opinion the best place to eat in Bampton

One of the best Sunday lunches i have ever had out. Real home from home cooking and the bread and butter pudding was the best i have ever had. Lovely place with friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you x

The place is a little gem, originally found it by chance on a motorcycle ride to Wales from Cornwall. We now plan our trips and ride outs to ensure we can call in. Fried breakfast is fabulous and worth the 80 mile ride. 😋 Thanks Ross

If you want the best English breakfast for several miles. This is the place to come. They do a lot more than that, but I rarely get past full English on the menu before I find myself ordering. Coffee is good too.

A pleasant quaint establishment reminiscent of a Devon farmhouse with period furniture, rustic tile floor and photographs of local interest adorning the walls. A clean and relaxed atmosphere with spectacular friendly service without being overbearing; the proprietor was happy to chat and exchange pleasantry’s with all. I had a lovely breakfast, arriving promptly, well presented, fresh, hot and reasonably priced. Good coffee also. I would happily return and recommend this cafe.

Having read the online Google reviews, two of us stopped here for breakfast prior to a motorcycle ride over Exmoor. We both went for the ‘Full Monty’ as shown in previous photographs, together with a pot of tea. I’ve got to say the food was of excellent quality, freshly cooked and piping hot. Customer service was of a high standard and the staff were keen to ensure we were happy with our meals. All in all, five star service. Highly recommended. I’ll be back!...

Very lovely little cafe. Service was great. Very friendly. Coffee was delicious. We had a cappuccino and an Americano which my partner said was nice and strong and not watery like some places can be. Food was very scrummy-we had the small English breakfast swapping out the black pudding for an extra hash brown. Such a cute village and so nice to sit outside in the sunshine just watching the world go by 👌🏻

I treated a friend to brunch and we weren't disappointed! I had a vegetarian breakfast and my friend had a sausage and egg sandwich. The food is plentiful, delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. If I could give more than 5 stars I would...highly recommended 🤗💖

Fab meet n. greet with the lady owner inviting us in to take a seat.. Delicious full English and a hearty omelette. I also had eggs benedict( 3 eggs so asked for just 2). Thick bacon! Lovely village Street with parking both sides but it does get busy with locals shopping etc and tourists so be patient! You're in their village so respect this if looking for a space.
