Visited this Starbucks in Banbridge for the first time on Saturday and decided to try an iced caramel latte. I wouldn’t say it was the nicest I’ve ever had, but it was refreshing enough for a hot day. The only downside was the service – the place was packed, and it took me over 15 minutes to get one cold drink.
Always a great place to stop and relax and to break up a trip.
Ordered coffee but by time it was ready my friend had ordered one. I paid for mi e but staff never came down to say mine was ready. 6 customers in so not busy
Friendly staff, not very clean, my whole drink so practically ice tasted good though

Absolutely awful!! Will never visit here again! Short woman with fringe was not only rude to staff members who where working behind the counter she was also incredibly condescending and rude to myself and my family. The place was filthy …
