Looking for a damn smooth coffee then this is the place. I like quality coffee and first time I have had full caffeinated coffee in a long time as I normally drink decaf. It was so good. My new coffee place in town and the prices are good as well. Good atmosphere just lacking WiFi or I didn’t ask for the password

Seriously one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The coffee tastes like a coffee I would get in Italy it was just so smooth and lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and I loved that there was a selection of vegan cakes! Will definitely be back.

First visit but not the last. The whole cafe was decorated for Halloween including the 3 wonderfully polite staff. The coffee was first class, along with pastry. Really lovely atmosphere, so many coffee shops could learn from this experience. Thank you and hope to see you again.

Last weekend I popped into @rust whilst doing a little Xmas shopping in Banbury Location At the bottom of Parson's Street off the market square it's literally town centre! Interior I absolutely love their decor and furniture but what really hits is the projector wall at the back of the cafe which is currently very festive. Something about a motion picture which creates excitement Service The team are friendly enough and they were fairly quick at bringing to drinks and food across to the table. Food/drink We had an extra special hot chocs ans a latte then shared their cinnamon roll. The hot chocolate was pretty standard but that's still pretty decent and the topping of marshmallow, whipped cream and a flake is just incredible. The latte was creamy and not too bitter which was lovely and let's be honest the cinnamon rolls here are the best in Banbury 🙌 Price At just under £10 it's bang on the money, not the cheapest but a fair price for what they are selling and the atmosphere provided Overall A solid cafe in Banbury, a very easy stop on a shopping trip for a quick refreshment or a catch up with friends. The pastry and cake selection is simply perfect

Not just a typical specialty coffee shop, they do great freshly made bagels, sandwiches, and locally made cakes & pastries to tempt. I like the sink in the toilet as a quirky aside. The decor and lighting offers cosy industrial ambience. A relaxing atmosphere, with friendly staff and good products is often enough for me, clearly The Rustic Bean want to deliver much more. An easy 5*

It's great reading Google Maps comments before deciding on which cafe/eatery to head to. There was an accurate review informing the people of Banbury to head to The Rustic Bean for the best tasting coffee in Banbury. The Queen Bean has, unfortunately, is the case of The Rustic Bean, been dethroned. There is a new Royal in the taste bag, Missing Bean. The Rustic Bean, on reflection, does offer a much different experience to its youthful competitor. It feels more like part of the community, given its deeper routes and larger staff presence. It sources its baked goods from its venture across the road at The Rustic Bakery. Given its small lounge ambience, I would love to see it have kitchen prepared food. It does have baked goods, but I was wanting something more substantial, trendy meals similar to that found at The Lounges (e.g., Pinto Lounge) It is such a comfortable and cozy interior. With a cooked breakfast/brunch/lunch dish in front of me I could see myself spending more time there. The service had a family feel, given the different ages of the staff. This is something missing from many cafes and eateries. The staff were lovely. Thank you The Rustic Bean for having your famous delicacy for sale. Just when I thought I had tried all regional sweets, The Banbury Cake was thrown in to surprise me. 'twas mince-pie-licious.

Updating review Back from London as working in Banbury for day. Had to get a caffeine fix and chose Rustic Bean again - they certainly make good coffee, super friendly and with a stylish urban interior. 😁 This coffee shop has a rustic modern style and serves great coffee. Each cup is made with love. The owner will only serve a cup of perfection. In fact he'll make it twice if it doesn't meet his expectations. Their cakes - from the Cotswold Bakery- are delicious. 😋

Seriously good espresso, decaf latte and gluten-free cake options! We were passing through the area and wanted a nice coffee. Good find!

What you would you expect from a coffee house, the hustle and bustle, the clinking of crockery and the odd sound of steam from the coffee machine. You walk in greeted by the counter to your right, busy but attentive staff ready to take your order, "it took me a bit of time as I can't make my mind up sometimes". Plenty of selection for coffee and tea with an assortment of sweet and savoury servings, great for a quick bite or if you're looking for a longer stay the option is available. The coffee house fills quickly due to not being the biggest of places, happy conversation and a great refuge from the weather. Seating is around the 40's, with a tables and chairs out the front "for a non rainy day, unless you like sitting in the rain? Then it's perfect". There is the odd vehicular traffic, although the forecourt is a predominantly pedestrianised passage. A slight dip in the area for mobile signal, this isn't an issue as there is WiFi available on the premises. Overall pleasant experience, fast service, tasty food and drink. Thank you

Wow, love this place. Great coffee and the best Carrot Cake I have ever had! Why would anyone want to drink in any of the big high street chains when you have this on your doorstep.
