This was the first time in years after a really bad experience, and I said i would never go back. The wife suggested giving it another try, glad we did the sevice and food was excellent. Definitely be back.

Quick visit for dinner, the place was fairly quiet at 6pm. The staff were friendly and the food was good, it's part of the Marstons Inn chain.
We had a quick game of pool whilst there.
There is free parking onsite.

Was a brilliant host for our wake. Buffet was very nice, the bar staff were incredible and super friendly especially for someone’s first time in a pub. Pints poured brilliantly and a just a great pub all together thankyou for a great afternoon

Just moved to the estate and thought I'd try my new local. Although quiet(to be expected) I was greeted by a lovely lady, served a lovely Guinness and black and asked to choose a table. I found what I liked on the menu and ordered my starter and main. The soup was lovely and came with some nice bread and butter. The steak followed in no time and was cooked as requested, just perfect. I decided to have a pudding and my jam sponge with custard was fantastic. Needless to say, I'll be back to treat the kids soon. Great well presented venue with welcoming staff.

Popped in on spec for a break on a long journey. Lovely pub with a fantastic welcome. Phil was very helpful and his food recommendations were excellent.
We will definitely detour this way again for another visit! Just wish we lived closer!!

My family and I discovered this place for the first time last Sunday and would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Despite being advised on arrival of an unforeseen staff shortage , we didn't have to wait long for our meals.
The staff are young, but polite, organised and would like to send our compliments to the Chef, a very talented young man.
