Frankie & Benny's

I went with my sister and her kids, the service was great and the server was great with the little ones. A staff member in the kitchen, her name was Laura came and spoke to us and was lovely! The food was delicious especially the hot Cookie dessert (definitely recommend). I will definitely be going again!!

Absolutely delicious vegan breakfast that could only be improved by the addition of Flora buttery spread for the toast. (All of the Flora range is 100% vegan) They have an extensive vegan main menu and seem very interested to listen to the customers needs. The manager, Chris spent a good amount of time listening to our comments and was genuinely interested in wanting to improve every aspect of what the restaurant offers. Lovely Friendly chap, professional and extremely proactive manager. We were very impressed and will continue to recommend to others.

We came to try the new vegan menu, as the wife has dragged us into doing veganuary. Really impressed, I would never have known that the burger wasn't meat! The staff were all very attentive and friendly (which can make all the difference). Our server, Lucas, couldn't do enough for us and was clearly well prepared for the onslaught of questions regarding the new vegan menu. We're only in town for a visit, but we will be trying the rest of the new menu in our local F&B, when we're back home. :)

Food was absolutely delicious. It looked great and tasted great. The decor is lovely and stylish and things felt clean. Prices are quite reasonable. I've taken off one star because the lady that served us seemed in a foul mood. She completely ignored me when I was asking about the breakfast menu, and spoke right over me to my partner. Then she often dropped things off at the table without a glance or word to us. When we paid she just dumped the card machine on the table and waked off, almost to make a point that she didn't want to speak to us. It made our experience a bit unpleasant really.

Always really happy to visit Frankie and Benny's as the food and service are particularly good. The staff are always friendly (shout out to Sara for our last visit!) thank you so much guys! Always a special place as I've been bringing my daughter here for years, ever since the days of singing Happy Birthday from the staff when she was little (now 17 and definitely not up for a sing song anymore!!). Lovely for the little ones to feel centre of attention though so I highly recommend birthday parties etc. Still 5 Stars!

My partner and myself had mains and desserts here today. Service was prompt, polite and professional from Kelly who took our orders. For our mains we had the chicken and mushroom penne and the Nashville hot chicken burger. Chris cleared our mains away almost instantly and we finished with what you see below. Their toberlone cheesecake - very pleasant visit. Yum! Highly recommend, reasonable price and clean! Much better than our Frankie and Benny's back home in Oxford.

We’ve eaten here many times over the last 12 months and we’ve always had a great time! The food is delicious and the amount of vegan options for me is brilliant! They always have things to entertain the children and it’s a really family friendly place to eat. Sara is usually our server and she is fantastic! Very helpful and friendly and really lovely with the children. We’ve also been served by Lukasz who was great and managed to remember our whole order without writing it down! I’d definitely recommend
