I need to revisit this place because it was full of customers and I was not able to get a place at the table. This indicates that food here is very good and reasonably priced.
Monday to Friday there is special offer for lunch time meals - 11 pounds for two.

came from kent to meet my sisters and nephews with my father as we rarely come up to oxford, the staff were lovely and very helpful and the food was great even better than expected for a pub and fast service too :) a very happy family thank you shall be coming again x

Joey the manager was very informative and friendly & very welcoming. Lillie was lovely she seemed very happy in her work and knowledgeable remembering to ask if we had any allergies. I booked a table for a birthday meal and all 13 of us had no complaints, the food was all spot on, really good value and the staff were great. I'm so glad the new management have turned the pub round. We'll definitely be going back.

just had a fantastic family party for our grandsons 18th birthday. Food and service was brilliant. We were able to decorate the table with helium balloons and take a cake for after our meal. Well done to all the staff. Recommended.
