I go to Tavern regularly to play pool . I know the owners the people and atmosphere are ok I have a Friend who is Like Family to me I work with him as well. He is a Fair man in all he does his mom and he are excellent players and at times will ask others to ask on lookers to enjoy the game and adventure so I was surprised When I heard my Friend and his mom was asked not to return be cause of the price some one else charged him a few days earlier. I hope things will work out I have enjoyed the Tavern since before moving up this way with my brother and sister with there karaoke and the wonderful holidays like New Years and Anniversary of patrons or such witch the owners Peter and Diane throw food and drinks for said event .If you are also looking to have a personal party or event The Tavern is the place as well its central located.

The Tavern is a long time family owned pub featuring pool, dancing and karaoke. A few years ago Peter Brountas redecorated the bar and enlarged it giving it a more spacious feel. If ya like karaoke, it's the place to go.

Been here many, many times. It was favorite bar / hangout when I lived in the greater Bangor area. I need to really think about this one, so many memories (good-bad-indifferent) Will return soon for a longer review.

Deb and her staff are nothing short of amazing. The Tavern is a great bar to hit up late night for great food and spirits. The bartenders make really great mixed drinks and you get immediate service. The pizza is also served hot!! Couldn’t recommend this place more. We went two nights in a row when we were in town for some music.

The tavern is a good.place.to.get.drunk they have music pool.tables and music and disco dance room and alot.of.random.alchohols and a place to smoke out side.and plenty of.parking and they have bathrooms and yeah its just a nice warm place most of the time till drama ocures then its all crazyness bread threw watched a good fight thre once

if there’s one incredible place I recommend it’s here. I always feel such at home here. This is honestly the best bar I have ever come across in the many places I have been in my life and I’ve been to a lot, I love doing karaoke here and just being around the stay they always are quick and fast with my service no matter how packed it is! On top of that the owner her voice is just incredible! If you want an amazing place with great service and incredible staff this is the place. I can always have fun here and seriously enjoy myself without all the problems, they’re just so amazing. Thank y’all for always making me feel so welcome and happy here ❣️ keep up the amazing work!

LOVE! this bar! It's clean, you don't stick to the floor like you do in other bars. There's plenty of room to hang out with your friends, play pool, or sing a round of karaoke (or watch people perform their karaoke). I've never had an issue with anyone there, customers or staff.
