Wendy's

The food was good as usual though, we are in a recession they're trying to keep the value menu interesting, I appreciate that! And why I gave them 5 stars! I visited Bangor, Maine, the Wendy's in that location closed their lobby to protect their workers from the pandemic. I thought that was great. 👍

Just went into the lobby and ordered a number 11 with chili fries. And I gotta say I've been getting tired of fast food places not giving out utensils sauce or napkins ect. And I gotta say the crew today was on top of everything. I had my lemonade before the receipt even came out, moments later I had my food and they loaded my bag with napkins and everything without having to ask. Super friendly and professional and the food came out perfect. No complaints. Keep it up people!

Great fast food conveniently located near highway 95 and the airport. The drive-thru was very fast, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Wendy's has the best kids toys of any fast food chain - my daughter still plays with the giant crayon and drawing kit she got, even a week later. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich and the Dave's Single (number 1).

Not sure who is at fault, might be mine for trying something different....but..but I desperately needed a good breakfast sandwich and coffee. There was no hot coffee available. A giant iced coffee delivered the caffeine..but that's about it. The chicken breakfast sandwich was an oversized chicken nugget on a greasy croissant with honey flavor. It was really dreadful. I thought I had ordered a numbered meal cost $4.50 something my bill was $8 something...and I was just too tired to argue. The only redeeming part of the meal were the breakfast potatoes. Never again...

The Wendy's on Union Street in Bangor, Maine, has the absolutely slowest service of any fast food drive thru restaurant I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. My son and I spent at least 30 minutes in the drive thru line on our most recent visit. My son ordered two-thirds of what he had planned, and I didn't order for myself at all out of fear that it would delay delivery of our order. When we finally reached the pick-up window, three employees were standing around doing nothing, which helped explain the situation. I would have gone inside to place our order, but the dining room was locked.

It's the third time that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I'm usually pretty patient with these things and will just eat what i get but the sandwich they gave me is disgusting. It was disapointing again because I was hungry and already across town so didn't go back. Maybe the names shouldn't sound so close to the same thing so they can just give me what I order.
