I went yesterday (05/12/2021) to this starbucks location, located inside of the Bangor Target. I ordered my drink (dragon drink) and I received another person's drink. I am not impressed by the service here. I also purchased the color changing marble cups and they came with no plastic over the straws, which is extremely unsanitary. The Starbucks on the Bangor Mall Blvd. always sells their cups with the plastic covering. The Starbucks inside of the Bangor Target also limits the amount of cups you can buy, which is extremely unreasonable! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back and neither will my friends/family!

I love Starbucks coffee but I’ve tried this location a few times. The last time I went my coffee went straight into the overflowing trash can after one sip. Will never return to this location. It’s also very chaotic behind the counter.

Today (September 5, 2020) at 7:15pm I went to Starbucks inside of Target to purchase a grande dragon drink with no dragon fruit inclusion and light ice. I recieved my drink and I took 2 sips of it and the drink was almost gone. The drink did NOT have light ice as I had asked for and had extra ice. I went back in to tell them immediatly after and the girl proceded to tell me she couldn't remake my drink because I had "drank most of it." I told her she put extra ice in it when I asked for light ice and she said, "sorry I can't help you." I DON'T reccomend going there!

This location is trash, just like the two teenage girls who made me wait 20 minutes for two drinks with no other customers in line. Management is clearly confused on how their employees should treat customers and their time. Clearly this location needs to hire adults who see value in what they’re doing other than sitting on snap on their phone making me wait for a drink like a child. This location again is trash and I hope Nekka gets fired quick. Corporate complaint is next.

Early close!! They were open but drew the line at my order, taking the lady in front on me but not me. They advised they’re closed, yet it was 3.5 hours prior to the displayed closing time. 🤷🏻♂️

Well. to be honest, this place is s awful. Sunday, when I tried to sit down to study with a cup of latte, but it is so noisy because it is a Target-owned Starbucks so that they put some weird restaurant-beverage machine in a coffee shop, like soda machine, ice smooth machine...ha!...that is maybe why.
And the table is so dirty, my mouse was hardly moved on the table.
And because of Target-owned Starbucks , you could use your star reward, but not some special codes from Starbucks, like a free drink.
Yes, I tortured myself for an hour, I do not why, and I moved to the Starbucks at Bangor Mall. If you want to go a Starbucks, I'd highly recommend you the one at Bangor Mall. It is only like 3 min driving from Target.Peace

Literally the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Rude, totally did not know how to make one of the drinks we ordered, forgot the flavoring in one, and seriously...add your own cream and sugar?? The staff was clueless and downright rude. Never, ever will we cisit thia location again.
