Flipping awful, food was cold and incorrect.
Staff was nice enough but it was just chaos nobody knew what they was doing. I stated no fresh onions and I still got fresh onions they even put a sticker on 🤦🏼♀️
I don't know why we bother eating here.

The person who served us had no manners whatsoever. Was told 2 weeks ago that we would be having 2 free meals as I had been there a few times and each time they had forgotten something. I phoned up as they had forgotten my drink and the man I spoke to said they would give me a free meal due to all the problems. Not even 15 minutes later I had to phone again as my daughter found a hair in her kids meal cheese burger. It was stuck in the burger (have pictures). Spoke to a different person a woman and I explained she was lovely apologised and said that she would put my name down for another free meal to go with the 1 I was told I was entitled to 15 minutes prior. Got there today told them that my name was in the book for 2 meals and was told that I was only entitled to 1. They had only put my name down for 1. Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated and spending so much for a treat for a big family. Lack of communication between staff or they did not want to give me the 2 meals. I will definitely be going to another mcdonald's that don't mess up my order every time. Even got kids meals for the kids got home and no burgers in the box only the fries and toy. Definitely don't expect so many mistakes and lack of manners by staff.

Unable to park in McDonalds car park due to the length of the drive-through queue. Had to park in the business next door which was closed. Must be impossible to park at peak times. Had to go back because 1 portion of fries were missing from our 4 person order and the gherkins were missing from barely warm burgers which had only a meagre amount of salad and relish. Nowhere near up to McD standard. AVOID!

Food was nice and hot, the Salad was crispy and fresh.
The Staff were Polite and Courteous.
Everywhere was nice and clean, even the Outside was spotless.

Long wait in waiting area after drive through followed by the wrong food. Terrible service and waste of money. Deliveroo drivers and Just eat drivers seem to be given priority. Will go to KFC next time.

First off I got the wrong order. The bacon roll had no taste and the bread itself was rubbery. My husband had pancakes and they come out cold and tasted stale. Won't be going back there again

Absolutely shocking customer service, one item was messed up in the order and I was told that I would have to walk there to receive a refund. Seeing as this was a group order I then had nothing to eat and am also left without a refund. My only regret is not asking for the name of the person who did the opposite of helping me. Although they probably didn't have enough brain cells to even know that.
