Bangor Sub And Deli

I ordered a chicken burger with mayo and onion rings and ended up getting a chicken burger with ketchup and fries. Employees were sitting in the dining room talking within eye sight of me while I stood at the counter waiting to place my order. A woman came out of the kitchen after a couple of minutes and whistled for someone to come help me. No one smiled or thanked me. But at least the food that I did receive was hot and tasted good even though it wasn't what I ordered.

Very good food! The pizza and subs are, without a question, delicious. This is obviously a family run business and is prominent in a good way. A family environment with food like it’s good old home cooking. All around a great eating experience and the young Chef Yarik’s handling of me and other customers was very professional and friendly.

Theres stuff to like and stuff to hate about this place. For the price it was overly expensive and for how things tasted i could not eat here again for the price. Especially with the fact that the mozzarella sticks tasted frozen. I could not tell if they were homemade but they were definitely frozen. The sandwich o got (BLT) was alright. The bread felt very cheap and the sandwich reminded me of the lunchables sandwiches. Their pizza was pretty decent though, i watched them make the pizza infront of me. Overall, i would personally not go here again. For a small thing of Mozzarella sticks, a slice of pizza, a "small" (very very small) sandwich, and a "medium" (was more of a small) soda costing me over $18 was not worth it. If someone else were to buy me food from here, i would not mind eating it though.

I'm very unimpressed with the service at this restaurant. My farther and I went today for some lunch and they got our orders completely wrong and refused to fix it! They also called us liers and that we didn't know what we asked for. We had a very simple order 2 large steak bomb sandwiches one with mushrooms and one with out. Neither of use got steak bombs just steak and cheese. Not a hudge deal however you pay more for the bomb and we paid for the bomb. We are more upset by the rude service then anything. I will praise the cooks the food was delicious however the service was disappointing. On a side note very unimpressed with the little 4 yearold hiding in a cabinet behind the counter not a place to have a child

Customer service was amazingly terrible. It felt as if the cashier didn't care and had negative emotions towards every transaction. I saw fresh cheese sticks and ordered a few directly from the cook who put them out. At this point no one was behind me. I waited 15 minutes and never received them. I got up and asked for them again. The cashier continued WITHOUT GLOVES to take his time picking them up one by one, touching the paper numerous times, swearing while doing so. I would say lack of training and direction. Although no one spoke up and instructed him. I watched him also grab them out and dragged a slice off of the back of the door of the oven, leaving clear burnt remnants on it. I do not recommend. Also cashier continuously went from his station to a table with what i would have to assume is the owner, because he noticed we were completely out of napkins and refilled it. If they had a serious customer training course, I am sure this place would turn around. The food otherwise was okay. Even then could use some tweaking.
