I had a very positive and helpful visit yesterday to the ladies underwear department. Janet was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. After being measured she didn’t stop until she got me a perfectly fitting bra. I got other items as well which were lovely that she chose for me. I must say it was 5 stars all the way Janet. Thank you.

I attended M&S with my daughter to be fitted comfortable bras before starting high school, a lovely member of staff named Lee assisted & made my daughter feel very comfortable an nothing was to much bother, she help choose approbiate bras & sports bras, she always kept making sure every singles bra fitted correctly,, my daughter was not embarrassed once & was always made feel at ease, I look forward to taking my daughter back in future as it was s very calm comfortable experience.

This M&S is a tale of two halves for me. The clothing/home/beauty part has a bit of a kooky layout and doesn't cater to plus size people like at all, though the staff are nice and helpful. But the food hall is absolutely brilliant - the staff couldn't be nicer, plus there's loads of choice and some great bargains on stuff with a short shelf life. The food hall can also cope well with my large mobility scooter, which is great. If it didn't have the food hall I probably wouldn't venture in there very often but as it is it's a regular favourite.

This particular M & S is light bright and roomy with plenty of choice. Their food department is varied and always fresh and we'll stocked. I am glad that this particular shop now employed very nice staff ready and will to help you find, choose and try on clothes. I have a very slight complaint in the fact that the clothes department is always very cold and not always comfortable to shop in.

I love my M&S. Today only a small shop was required so I followed this with a browse at the Beauty Counter. Most helpful and pleasant, as is the case with this store. I used the Food Hall checkout for all my purchases. For the first time ever, the staff member had no rapport, no eye contact. Maybe having an off-day - we can all have those - but so unusual.
