Occasionally plagued by seemingly drastic management issues and a penchant for forgetting half of orders to the degree they appeared to have three separate books of errors in orders, but the staff are typically very friendly, especially considering what it's like to work around deep fryers that are constantly bubbling and steaming, it's genuinely impressive how pleasant the staff are.
One staff member in particular - Mia is the most friendly person we've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. This Mia went above and beyond for simple drive -through service, double checked everything for us, and was wonderful in general.

Diane at this branch is an absolute treasure. She constantly has a big smile on her face and is busy making sure people’s orders are fulfilled all while keeping the place really clean and tidy. She made the experience feel really smooth. The world needs more people like Diane!!
Had to wait 30 minutes. And then told I couldn’t have to order that I wanted. I asked for a refund.
Food was tasty and hot. Slightly long wait time but this was because one of the staff members wasn't happy with the mini fillets that were cooked so they made some different ones instead.
Very friendly staff, especially Jamie who talked to me while I waited.
