The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food is very good including the salad bar The restaurant was kept very clean. Lovely atmosphere.
We had the most incredible dining experience, 5 stars for sure! From the moment we stepped in, Roxy's exceptional service stood out to us. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel like VIPs throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and Roxy's attentiveness added that extra touch to make it unforgettable. We will be back for sure!
Excellent first visit to Pizza Express Banstead this evening. The food was outstanding, along with the service. They even went the extra mile and taught the kids how to flip a pizza base and they absolutely loved it. Things like that really make you want to come back. Would highly recommend to families. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
Emaizing experience, food is delicious! Service is also amazing, we been served by Cindy, she is absolutely lovely, she look after me and my partner and she's so professional and polite, and beautiful sime never let her face. I work in customer service and employee like this is a diamond you want to keep. I highly recommend this place.
I came in for dinner with my mom and we enjoyed every dish we tried, all of which had great value for money. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and I have to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of our server Roxy, she made the experience 10 times more beautiful. Will definitely be visiting more often.
We just walked in off street no booking but place was not very busy due to it being 9pm on Tuesday. We just ordered 2 mains(pizza's) which were absolutely gorgeous 😍 had a big bottle of peroni and 2 glasses of wine. Pretty cheap tbf. Would recommend the place definitely.
Great environment I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was very young and although some of the staff may have changed the friendly welcoming environment hasn’t. I left my air pods here about 5 weeks ago and one of the lovely members of staff ella came to ask me if I lost air pods few weeks ago which I did but had no idea where i had left them, she kindly returned them to me I’m so chuffed and appreciative. Very good members of staff.
We love pizza express Banstead for our family outings, mainly because the children's menu is just perfect for them, they eat it all, is well balanced and that means we can eat in peace as well.
Great for a quick sit down bite, dough balls are obviously awesome. The BBQ burnt ends Romana pizza is both sizeable and delicious. Friendly waiting staff, pizza express is not as busy as it once was but it's a great place to eat for a mid-low priced meal.
Just had my daughter’s 6th birthday pizza making party. They all had a fantastic time. Massive thank you to Farook who kept them entertained from start to finish !!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Service from Roxy was great. Rishi was also excellent- he’s very knowledgeable and has a great haircut. Will definitely be coming back
