Lovely cafe. Staff are so friendly and work so hard. Often remember my drink order. Pastries/treats are always fresh. 😊

It's a little pricy for cake, but no more so than any other coffee shop.

This place is always buzzing - the service is fantastic (especially Mehmet and the blue haired barista 🤌🏻) the coffee is far better than the other chain coffee shops and the food here is pretty great too.
The staff seem to care about their customers and the store is always clean and well appointed
If there's a queue, it's worth the wait - don't forget your loyalty app 👍🏻

Staff are super friendly. A special mention for James the manager and Mehmet who go above and beyond, great service, work really hard and remember your order. There is a variety of seating to suit your mood. It's lovely and clean and it's dog friendly and has a relaxed atmosphere.

Only serving Takeaway at present - fast service . Staff are always polite and very helpful. My favourite Coffee shop and Nero's in the locality. Female member of staff today resolved my voucher/App issue today without fuss.
