Really impressed with Big Moe's and this place is really underrated. Yesterday tried it for a first time myself and everything was perfect. From the moment we walked it, waiters was really nice and guide us to the seats. Only one thing that's unusual is that you have to make an order and pay at the till, than they bring the food when it's ready and it's ready quite quick, less than 10min for wings or burgers. Most important is that buffalo wings was spot on, couldn't ask for anything better, burger was nicely presented and delicious. Really well prepared foods plus loads of different options. Unfortunately was too full to try big variety desserts, definitely coming back.

Been visiting Big Moe’s in Barking for many years. The service has always been excellent - staff are polite and welcoming. The menu has plenty of choices so there is something for everyone.
In my opinion some items are better than others. For example beef burgers are on point but the Mac and Cheese wasn’t so great (according to my 11 year old).

Chilli crunch burger was great tasting however it lacked the crunch. Not sure if the crisps were stale or if they got soggy in the sauce. In any case, the crunch was missing but the burger tasted good.
BBQ wings were nice and fresh and tasted as expected. Perhaps a little less bbq sauce and they would be perfect.
Mac N Cheese tasted as it should however the consistency was a little too mushy.
The free ice cream for kids at the end of their meal was a hit!
In terms of price, I think this is place is a little on the expensive side for what it is. I don’t avoid visiting big moe’s but I don’t make a special effort either. If it’s on route, then we will happily stop and eat but won’t make a special trip. If they were more competitive with other burger style restaurants then maybe I would.

Went to Big Moe's for my wife's birthday and I must say I was very impressed with the excellent customer service from the friendly staff. The food lived up to all the hype and expectations. I ordered lamb ribs which had the most delicious bbq glaze along with burgers which were very tasty. The chips were really nice and we had room for desert. Its a shame this place is not close enough as this would be a nice treat to have every now and again. Highly recommend this to anyone in the area or willing to travel as it's well worth it!!!
UPDATE
I went again in June 2017, slightly disappointing to be honest. The burger I ordered seriously lacked seasoning and it was over cooked which made it a bit card board like in terms of its texture. The milk shakes were still awesome and the nachos were ace. Please guys, you have a great concept, I really hope you take this as feedback and not just a harsh criticism.
