As always a long queue in the store. I get to the front of the line and want glazed ring doughnuts. The ones inside the counter glass cabinets looked very nice. Exactly as I like them. I asked for all 3 of them. The Manager lady that served me looked at me in disgust asking me to get the pre packed boxes from the open shelf. I said to her they do not look the same as the ones I want inside the glass shelf. She said they are fresh just delivered today. I said that might be why I don't want them as the glazing looked like clear wet liquid and not iced over. I wanted the ones behind the glass shelf as they had already settled and frosted over with the glazing. I felt uncomfortable as others in the queue were listening as she huffed and puffed at me. And then instead of boxing the doughnuts she paper bagged them up. I was not impressed. She also did not give me my payment cards receipt and did not want to cause a fuss over that. Nowadays is it hard to buy the item that one wants? Why was there a need for me to give an explanation of the item I wanted to buy and pay for? What difference did it make to her working day? And she was the Manager can't remember the name I think it was Geane or something similar. I am not happy but hey ho. Never mind I guess

Use this place everyday in my break at work- staff very friendly and helpful and food is THE BEST! 10/10 although sometimes they run out quickly of the popular products Only thing is I never know if ots actually open on a Sunday as it says it is then the whole place is shut when I try n go and I wish it opened late on weekdays but food is amazing 👏😉😋👌😌
