Arati is an unassuming restaurant on a side road amongst other restaurants which has a traditional charm about it. Decor is traditional, which provides a great atmosphere compared to more modern clinical decors. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The menu has a wide choice to suit everyone and even a section titled "English"! Food is fresh and cooked to perfection. On street parking only, which is possible on the single yellow lines from 7pm.

Had a lamb biryani takeaway and it was tasty and reasonably priced. Only comment would be the vegetable sides were a bit oily. Apart from that, the food tasted fresh and ready on time for my collection. I will be coming back!

We were seated quickly, our drinks order and food orders were taken quickly too. I have known this restaurant to be here for at least 45 years as I grew up in this neighborhood and used to pass by this place every day. It's a Saturday night, it's very busy, and they're coping very well indeed. Well done to all of you. I hope you'll stay in business for many more years.
